Torsk Work Weekend 6

October 20-22, 2000

Bob Alexander came aboard for the ceremony. He served as an RM3 on Torsk in 48-49.

Members of the Baltimore City Fire Department came aboard to pick up a submersible pump that was lent to the Volunteers for the weekend.

Topside, the final touches of the gray and black go on the sail. Perry Vanderhurst and Mike Hemming watch as Larry paints on the numbers, using the original ones still marked out beneath the paint as guides.

The final result is in the bottom image - numbers where they belong!!


All in all, it was a GREAT work weekend!
