The main subject of this photo is a group of military men who are on the foredeck of a US Navy Submarine.
Off to the left we see another US Submarine backing out.
When the photo is zoomed closer, you can see what appears to be 23 on the side of the sail
Extereme close up - appears to be a 423.
We're pretty convinced this is Torsk leaving a pier (probably Norfolk) sometime in the mid-60s, possibly 1967.
